Kuot is a mesh of specialized agents. The Researcher holds the agent-wallet budget and narrows it into strictly smaller sub-budgets for each specialist — authority only ever shrinks. Each is a real on-chain principal in the ERC-8004 registry — and trust is capital: a directional USDC bond (1.0 USDC staked, trustVector 1.0) posted in the ReputationBond contract, slashable on a false citation — not a number you ask to be trusted.
